The Peninsula Foundation (TPF) has been granted registration with salient activities as ‘Education” u/s 12AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (Registration No: CIT (EXEMPTION), CHENNAI/12AA/2018-19/A/10218 granted vide Order No: ITBA/EXM/S/12AA/2018-19/10140961213 (1) dated 07/12/2018.

All contributions made to TPF are tax-deductible for income, gift, and estate taxes under section 80G 5(vi) of the Income Tax Act of 1961 (UR No. ITBA/EXM/S/12AA/2018-19/1014096213 (1)/80G dated 31.07.2019.
