Mikhail A. Molchanov is Senior Partner, GeoRisk Institute. He has authored several books and articles on Russia, Ukraine and international politics of the region.He holds a Master’s in Public Administration (New York University), a PhD in Philosophy (Academy of Sciences, Ukraine) and a PhD in Political Science (University of Alberta). He has worked for the federal and provincial governments in Canada, taught political science and public administration at several universities in Canada, Kazakhstan, Spain, Ukraine and the UAE, and guest lectured in the USA and Japan. Dr Molchanov has published 7 books and nearly 120 articles and book chapters.
