An interactive session with the High Commissioner of India to Jamaica on “Opportunities and Challenges for India in the Caribbean”.

Mr. Masakui Rungsung is a career diplomat who joined the Indian Foreign Service in 2001 after obtaining a Masters in English Language from Delhi University.  Before joining the Indian Foreign Service, he served in the Reserve Bank of India from 1999 to 2001.
