Become a Member and Support The Peninsula Foundation
The success of The Peninsula Foundation (TPF) depends on the generosity of our members and supporters. Your donation will allow TPF to pursue its mission to raise awareness of critical issues of governance, security, and foreign policy and advance innovative solutions to public policy challenges. TPF depends solely on contributions from sponsors who share our commitment to democracy, freedom, equality, and a prosperous society. Your donation will advance your principles – individual freedom, dignity, and equality; ethical values and meritocracy; innovation and free enterprise; limited government focused on transparent governance and accountability; secularism and Indian cultural values; and strong national defence – these principles are the need of the hour.
When you support TPF, you become one of us, you are a colleague. You will have access to our publications, newsletters, and invitations to TPF events. Through your donation you aren’t merely supporting our mission, you become a part of TPF.
Individual Membership Donations
- Life Member – one time donation – Rs 12000/-
- Associate Member – donation of Rs 200/- monthly or Rs 2400/- annually.
- Student/Basic Member – donation of Rs 100/- monthly
Corporate Membership Donations
Corporates and institutions are welcome to make one-time donations that contribute to creation of endowments for research or for the corpus of the foundation. For more details please write to donatetpf@thepeninsula.org.in
Corporates and institutions can also make monthly or annual donations in categories as below:
- Corporate Member – donation of Rs 10,000/- annually.
- Gold member – donation of Rs 1,00,000/- annually.
- Patron – donation of Rs 3,00,00/- annually.
- Benefactor – donation of Rs 5,00,000/- or above annually.
TPF is a registered, non-profit, non-partisan, public charitable trust. The Peninsula Foundation (TPF) has been granted registration with salient activities as ‘Education” u/s 12AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (Registration No: CIT (EXEMPTION), CHENNAI/12AA/2018-19/A/10218 granted vide Order No: ITBA/EXM/S/12AA/2018-19/10140961213 (1) dated 07/12/2018.
All contributions made to TPF are tax-deductible for income, gift, and estate taxes under section 80G 5(vi) of the Income Tax Act of 1961 (UR No. ITBA/EXM/S/12AA/2018-19/1014096213 (1)/80G dated 31.07.2019.
